Lightness combined with high strength

Composite rebar is a unique construction material consisting of fiberglass and thermoset resin. Fiberglass guarantees the high strength of the reinforcing bars, while the thermosetting resin acts as a binder and protects it against the effects of the surrounding environment.


Light and durable material

Tensile strength is 3 times higher, weight is 4.5 times less than steel reinforcement.


Service life 80+ years

The material is able to maintain its properties for at least 80 years. Its service life is not limited.


Resistant to corrosion

Belongs to the category of materials of chemical resistance group 1, which guarantees that concrete structures will not crack due to corrosion. Resistant to alkaline substances, chloride salts and acids.


Does not cause electromagnetic interference, does not conduct heat

Composite armature is a dielectric material, it does not cause problems related to electromagnetic interference. The low thermal conductivity ensures additional heat retention in the interior.


50% cheaper material

The cost of composite fittings is significantly lower than metal fittings. This is determined by several factors - lower expenses for the purchase of the material itself, delivery costs, assembly efficiency and weight.


Easier and more economical transportation

Composite reinforcement up to 10 mm diameter is delivered in rolls. In this way, the rebar can be transported even in a passenger car, while the delivery of metal rebar will require a large truck, the cost of which will be expensive.


Heat resistance

The operating temperature of composite reinforcement embedded in concrete ranges from -70°C to 300°C.


Same expansion coefficient as concrete

As the temperature rises, the metal reinforcement gradually causes concrete deformation due to different coefficients of thermal expansion. Fiberglass reinforcement has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion to concrete, so such reinforcement does not destroy it.


Easy to assemble material

Installation of this type of fixture can be done by workers with minimal use of materials and tools. Composite fittings are produced in rolls of up to 10 mm per 100 meters, which significantly saves installation consumption, as the fittings can be adjusted to the required length of the project and there is no need to join bars, which significantly increases the consumption of material. Composite fittings are easy to cut with an angle grinder.
